King North was once a full claim with King South that was subdivided long
ago. Subdividing of parcels is no longer permitted. King North lies to the north
of Mazeppa, and north of the Prince Edward (the property we are keeping to build our future cabin on). This piece has a huge, relatively flat building area, small creek, and stunning waterfall views. The prior owner had a unique idea of perching his cabin over the mine with parking on the road. The King Mine has had some vandalism and blocked off, but access might be re-established.
While on the property, for your safety, please refrain from entering the mines or climbing on historical structures. Entering the property will be at your own risk, and neither the owners nor Silverton Realty will be responsible for accidents or injuries.
